98ms Terms and Conditions — Official Malaysian Platform Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the 98ms platform, including the website, mobile app, online services, and all content provided therein. By accessing or using the 98ms platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this document and agree to comply with it.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which together constitute the entire agreement between you and 98ms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing.

98ms reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The 98ms platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that:

• You are 18 years and above or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not using this platform on behalf of any third party without explicit written consent from 98ms.
• Your use of the 98ms platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or directives applicable in the country or region where you reside.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 98ms for reasons of fraud, breach of terms, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or representative of 98ms or any of its affiliated companies.

98ms reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may require you to submit supporting documents. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, 98ms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold all credit balances until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 98ms platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information — constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as shown on your identity document, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Identity Verification Process (KYC)

As a responsible platform, 98ms implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit the following identity verification documents before making withdrawals or accessing certain features:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Recent bank statement or screenshot of your online banking account
• Selfie holding your identity document (if required)

The KYC process is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the completeness of the documents submitted. 98ms will not share your KYC information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Deposit Methods

98ms supports a variety of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no processing fees from 98ms. Available methods include FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit unless imposed by your own bank or e-wallet.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited to your account in under 1 minute.
• Failed deposits due to bank technical issues will be fully refunded within 1 to 3 business days.

Withdrawal Methods

Winnings can be withdrawn to a registered and verified local bank account or e-wallet in your name. 98ms does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 5 minutes or less.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level.

Currency & Fees

All transactions on 98ms are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees or hidden charges are imposed by 98ms. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond 98ms's control.

98ms offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and rules stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Claimed bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or directly exchanged for cash.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 98ms reserves the right to cancel or revoke any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any other technical methods to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.

98ms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by 98ms regarding bonus disputes is final and binding.

All games available on the 98ms platform — including slot games, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are subject to their respective game-specific rules as well as the following general rules:

• All game outcomes generated by the verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 98ms reserves the right to void or replay the affected game round based on system records.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage to players is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or commit fraud in any form will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• 98ms reserves the right to reject or void any wager placed after an event has ended, in the event of a technical disruption, or where there are indications of fraud.

98ms takes our responsibility to protect your personal information seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed entirely by our Privacy Policy of ours, which form part of this agreement.

By using the 98ms platform, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data including registration information, transaction records, game history, and technical device data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and meeting legal compliance requirements (KYC/AML)
• Processing financial transactions securely and accurately
• Providing effective customer support services
• Identifying and preventing fraudulent activity or platform abuse
• Improving user experience based on usage patterns

You are responsible for keeping your account username and password secure and must not share them with anyone. 98ms will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.

98ms reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user has:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Found to be holding more than one account (multiple accounts)
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• Using automation software, bots, or technical methods to exploit the platform
• Behaving rudely, making threats, or harassing 98ms staff or other users
• Failed to submit the required identity verification documents within the stipulated period

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, 98ms reserves the right to withhold all credit balances and bonuses held in that account. If termination occurs for other reasons (such as at the user's own request), valid credit balances will be returned to the user after the review process is complete.

The 98ms platform is provided "as-is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, 98ms is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Service disruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Inaccuracies or omissions in information provided by third-party providers

In the event of a dispute relating to game results or transactions, 98ms system records will serve as the final reference. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a formal complaint through our customer support channels.

98ms reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be posted on our platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action such as legal compliance requirements or security threats.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates the date the last amendment was made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
